something intrigues me about this. Over the past year, I've messed around creating custom brushes-- but I've never tried modeling one in zbrush.

The results are unexpected and potentially very cool. well, at least for creating bizarre surfaces.

on to the next one. What we have here is phase 1 and 2 combined. I start by roughly sketching the fellow. Then, when I'm generally happy, I move on to a layer of clean lines.

tomorrow, I will lay down base tones (Phase 3) and shade (Phase 4).

no, its not a comic.

Its a sheet of thumbnails made in seconds with some of my new brushes. The idea is to add details and color to each, and maybe even thematic elements.
